" Coming home from a hard days work and parking up in the rear access road, gives you direct access to your back gate and means you won’t have to be carrying your heavy shopping for long distances. It may be you are looking for a economical place to run, so the current owners sometime ago fitted a water meter, so you are not paying for a family of 4, if there are only 1 or 2 of you living there. How many times have you got up on a Sunday morning and been looking forward to that bacon sandwich, only to realise that there is none in the fridge, well worry not, as not more than a short stroll round to the local shops in Wells Road, with its array of convenience stores, should hopefully remedy the situation.Maybe you are a person that does not really want to do much D.I.Y., so the property in the 15 years of the owners occupation, has had certain improvements such as double-glazing, central heating and replacement of the kitchen. So from all different aspects, this is genuinely a fantastic first time buy, or just a property that satisfies many peoples’ criteria.

What the Owner says:

We’ve been extremely happy here over the last 15 years and we have only decided to move as we feel we’re ready for a change.Everything is to hand in the local area with shops, schools and being able to get onto the motorway within just a few minutes drive.Because the garden is predominantly south facing, we get the sun most of the day and it’s a lovely place to relax on our days off.The rear access road also means that we can generally park most of the time outside our back gate and if someone wanted to, there is potential to erect a garage or parking in the back garden.
