" Perfect for those with a family or just thinking about it.
This superb family home is in a quiet location, with brilliant amenities close by in the village. The bright and airy house has parking to die for with enough room for all the family when they come to visit. The drive leads to a carport at the side with a detached garage lovingly hand crafted by the vendor found behind that. Internally the living room lends itself to family activities with space you would only wish for. French doors lead out to the garden, bringing the outside in to your home. The garden is completely secluded with nobody looking in. A quiet road not on a large estate is one of the things that people search long and hard for, well its here in spades! Coxheath village is a short walk away with an enviable range of shops and facilities. The local primary school is also just around the corner, perfect for when the little ones start to get bigger!!

We loved the quiet location and the fact that we weren't on a big development when we first viewed this place. There was so much parking that we knew it would never be a problem. The parquet floor downstairs was a real bonus as it is so durable and also good to look at. The village is so handy for getting all of your emergency supplies without the need to travel to a supermarket , just a quick walk down the road and it is all there. We are also spoilt by being so close to town but on the edge of the countryside.
