" Wow! If space is what you want then you must view this detached family home. The main house has two large reception rooms, a statement conservatory. The master bedroom has its own dressing room with en-suite, and double doors that lead on to a south west facing balcony, where you can watch the amazing sunsets that Sheppey is renowned for. In fact it is rumoured that the artist Turner painted many of them. The annex accommodation has a completely separate access so would lend itself to many uses, perhaps those teenage children that want their own space but still need the “Bank of Mum and Dad”, or for sprightly parents that you would like to have close b. Perhaps even another income to let out on a permanent basis or as a little holiday home for the many people who come to the island for the summer.

What the Owner says:

We were looking for a large character building with potential to convert one side into an annexe for my Mother. We loved the semi-rural location, surrounded by open farmland to the rear and sea views to the front, yet close to a bus route for Mum. There is also a local supermarket, schools and a hospital close to Minster Village with both pubs and take-away services.Since being here we have professionally designed the entire interior of the house creating a self contained annex with separate heating system. We have renewed all timbers, flooring and tiles to the balcony, built a breeze block workshop/shed and installed exterior lighting and power supply.
