" As you walk through the front door through to the hallway you start getting a good feel for the size of the property, a big lounge plenty of room for sofas and loads of space for a large TV and a dining table, there are large sliding patio doors overlooking the patio and garden area with a brick built barbecue just outside. The kitchen is light and airy with two windows and a door overlooking the garden, ideal for keeping an eye on the children whilst they’re out playing. The garden is partly landscaped and includes a tree house, a wooden shed, a vegetable plot plus there’s a spacious patio area and lawn. There would be no arguments over who’s having what bedroom as they are all a good size, the smallest being 13’1 x 7’10. There is cavity wall insulation and a partly boarded insulated loft with a light. The windows and doors are all double glazed and there is gas central heating throughout. At the front there is off road parking with a garage.

What the Owner says:

We are reluctantly having to sell our property and will miss living here.We have spent many a happy hour sitting out on the patio looking out across the Glen and the Isle Of Sheppey, watching the kids run around the garden or playing in the tree house. Inside all the bedrooms are very generous in size, which has helped ensure we can accommodate all our family at Christmas and other times. I will certainly miss getting up in the morning and stepping into the "Tower" shower!
