What a good size family home this is with its five bedrooms all of which are on the first floor, two reception rooms and a study downstairs, how much more space could you and your family need.You will find the house situated near the historical Minster Abbey and is also only a few minutes walk to the Minster Cliffs. In fact you can follow the path all the way along the beach into Sheerness and on the way, if you are really fit, you can try your hand at the exercise equipment along the Promenade!For those people who are new to the Isle of Sheppey I think you will be pleasantly surprised at what it has to offer, wind surfing schools, yacht clubs, leisure centres, bird spotting and a new museum is planned at Eastchurch based around the aviation history that it is known for. Come over and take a look for yourselves.

We have lived in the property for over 24 years. We were initially attracted by the look of the house. We was really impressed with the size both the accommodation and the garden.Since owning the property we have carried out lots of works including more recently solid oak flooring to most of the downstairs, replaced the kitchen, bathroom and had new windows fitted with guarantees. In the kitchen we have installed a water softener, we will also be leaving the fridge and separate freezer.The garden is our passion we have spent a lot of time and effort landscaping this and laid four circular patio areas.
