" The historic town of Queenborough is steeped in history in fact Time Team came to Queenborough to investigate the remains of the last royal castle to be built in the Medieval period.Down by Queenborough Creek you can regularly see fishing boats coming in and out with fresh fish, which can be bought just round the corner from the fishmonger. As you walk through the front door there is a handy inner porch area so you are not walking straight into the lounge, which is a handy place to store shoes and coats. The stairs leading to the first floor divide the lounge and dining room great for some peace and quiet if you have got children because you can shut the door to watch the television in peace, and eat as a family at the dining table (tradition that is slowly being forgotten). Along with the downstairs shower room you have also an upstairs bathroom both with toilets, in fact the bathroom is such a good size there is room to fit an additional shower cubicle. One of the other delights is that the house gives a view from the second bedroom that overlooks the famous Queenborough church, the view really does take your breath away.
