" Located about 2 ½ miles from the city of Bangor, the village of Talybont is also conveniently placed for easy access to the mountains and beaches in this part of North Wales. The stone constructed Victorian cottage, which has been sympathetically modernised whilst retaining its charm, benefits from gas central heating and uPVC double glazing. The accommodation comprises: Lounge/Diner with tiled floor and a feature small stone faced inglenook currently housing an electric log effect stove but ideal for a log burning stove or similar. The Kitchen has white fronted wall units, worktops, breakfast bar, stainless steel sink unit, provision for cooker, washing machine and fridge and a wall mounted combi boiler. An Inner Hall leads to the partly tiled Bathroom/Wc whilst Bedroom 1 sits off the lounge and Bedroom 2 is accessed via a staircase from the lounge. At the rear of the cottage is a small patio/yard enclosed by a stone wall providing a degree of privacy, perfect for relaxing with a cold drink whilst lighting the barbecue during the summer months.  

LOCATION Talybont is a small but very popular village standing alongside the Afon Ogwen River approximately 2 ½ miles from the university city of Bangor. It boasts a popular hotel/pub and is located close to the spectacular Snowdonia National Park. About a mile up the road is the imposing Penrhyn Castle, built in the 19th Century and now a popular tourist attraction owned by the National Trust. Talybont is also close to the A55 Expressway allowing easy access to the nearby Isle of Anglesey plus the east bound resorts along the North Wales coast.
