" An exceptionally well presented detached four bedroom residence which was acquired by the present owners in December 2005 and since their ownership they have carried out a very comprehensive scheme of refurbishment and modernisation, together with a loft conversion which now provides a gallery landing, large double bedroom and a separate shower room. All windows and outer doors have been replaced with uPVC double glazed units, together with a Worcester combi-boiler central heating system. The kitchen has been completely refitted and a new ground floor bathroom suite installed. There are fitted wardrobes to all the three ground floor bedrooms.
