Situated on the North Wales coast in the Conwy county borough just off the A55 North Wales expressway, Llanfairfechan is known as a seaside resort with its local shops, bank, post office primary school and mainline railway station. The wide expanse of beach with its safe bathing is very popular and the views/ sunsets are spectacular. The University City of Bangor is within approx 7.5 miles and to the east, the walled castle town of Conwy is within approx. 6.5 miles . Slightly further afield, there is the popular seaside resort of Llandudno (approx. 12.5 miles) with it's grand Victorian promenade, pier and modern theatre.

Directions
Travelling west along the A55 North Wales expressway, after passing the Llandudno turn off, continue for approx 7.4 miles and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit to Llanfairfechan. Proceed along Penmaenmawr road to the village centre cross-roads (traffic lights). Turn right into Station road and continue down the hill under the A55 flyover towards the beach and the beach front car park. The Towers is the large residence with feature lantern tower on the left hand side.
