" A three bedroom semi-detached family home benefiting from a sun room, approx. 25ft outbuilding and a good size rear garden. Situated just off the popular Scraptoft Lane, viewing is recommended to appreciate the accommodation on offer. The property is approached via a gated front garden with off road parking, covered side area and door to the porch. This opens into a hallway with stairs to the first floor and under stairs cupboard, radiator and door to the through lounge/diner. This has a gas fire, radiator, window to the front and patio doors to the sun room. It may have potential for partitioning into two separate rooms. The sun room overlooks, and opens onto, the rear garden. From here a door opens into a covered area with WC off, door to covered side area and further door to the kitchen.
