This is a semi detached bungalow located in the desirable district of Rusheymead benefiting from gas central heating, double glazing and a cul de sac position. It comprises of hall, lounge, fitted kitchen, conservatory, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is off road parking, garage and front and rear gardens. EPC ratings awaited.

Location

Longhurst Close is situated in the desirable locality of Rushimead. It is located just off Troon Way which is just off the inner ring road. There are bus routes in and out of the city centre and within access to Thurmiston shopping facilities, Sainsburys on Troon Way and also can the A46 commuter link roads.

Our View

The property would be suitable for a variety of buyers as it is well presented. A driveway takes us to the front door which takes us into the hallway. The hallway gives us access to the living room, two bedrooms and a shower room. Upon entering the living room we have laminated flooring and plenty of natural light coming through the double glazed french doors which lead through to the double glazed conservatory. We also have a fitted kitchen with a range of wall and base units and laminated work surfaces. We have two bedrooms, one of which has built in wardrobes and we also have a shower room. To the front of the property we have a front garden and a driveway leading to an up and over door garage and to the rear of the property we have a well maintained slabbed patio garden with borders.

Upon reaching the major traffic lights with Melton Road and Troon Way make a right hand turn onto Troon Way, continue along Troon Way for a short distance make a left hand turn onto Nicklaus Road, continue along for a short distance, make a right hand turn onto Trevino Drive and then a first left onto Longhurst Close.
