" A good size three bedroom mid-terrace property situated close to the town centre and offered with NO UPWARD CHAIN. The accommodation in brief: Entrance via a part glazed front door to: entrance hall with an under stairs storage cupboard housing the fuse box and electric meter. There are doors to: lounge which has a tiled open fireplace, picture rails and a refitted wall mounted 'Ideal' boiler. Dining room with a walk-in bay window, tiled open fireplace, picture rails and glazed door to: kitchen with eye and base level units, roll top work surfaces and tiled splash backs, sink drainer unit, cooker point, plumbing for a washing machine, space for a fridge freezer and glazed door to rear garden. The landing has doors to: bedroom one which has a tiled open fireplace and picture rails, bedroom two also has a tiled open fireplace and airing cupboard. Bedroom three is a single bedroom. Bathroom with a white three piece suite to comprise: low flush wc, pedestal wash hand basin and a panelled bath with tiled splash backs. To the front of the property is a small paved area enclosed by railings and gated access. The rear walled garden is approximately 30ft which is mainly paved with shingle and gated rear access. Situation The property is ideally situated for easy access into the town centre, Brownlow Primary School and the Country Park. Directions From the Melton office proceed out of town along Sherrard Street, turn right at the traffic lights and on to Norman Way and take first right on to Kings Road and then first right on to Algernon Road and the property is on the left.
