The accommodation in brief: Entrance via a part-glazed front door to: entrance hall with doors to: cloakroom with a low flush wc and a wash hand basin with tiled splash backs, kitchen/dining room which has a range of eye and base level units, roll top work surfaces and tiled splash backs, sink drainer unit, cooker point, plumbing for a washing machine, space for a table, sliding patio doors to rear and door to: utility room which has space for a a fridge freezer. Lounge with an ornamental fireplace and sliding patio doors to the rear. The landing has a hatch providing access to the loft and there is an airing cupboard housing a refitted wall mounted boiler, doors to: three good size bedrooms, separate wc and separate bathroom which has a pedestal wash hand basin and a panelled bath with an independent shower above and tiled splash backs. To the front of the property is a picket fence. The rear garden has a patio area, steps up to a lawn area and all enclosed by panelled fencing.
