ABOUT THE LOCATION Acorn Close is situated at the beginning of modern estate known as The Cedars which along with neighbouring Highgrove is one of Lancaster's most desirable areas. This is due to the quality and size of these modern recently built executive homes and superb location. Located approximately 2 miles south of the city centre, this luxurious apartment is ideally situated for the universities and hospital. In nearby Scotforth there are excellent local amenities that include shops, church and schools. The A6 makes it exceptionally commutable and provides easy access to the M6.
