The majority of the houses are semi detached homes built with families in mind and have generous rooms and outside space. The immediate surroundings incorporate generous green space areas. You will find local convenience shops and Booths Supermarket close for life's essentials. The area has a regular bus service and the cycle path leads directly to the university.

A Brief Summary
Superbly located three bedroom family home with two reception rooms. Set back from the roadside, in a secluded close of other properties with a large central lawn, this house has a front and rear garden with large garage and plenty of parking. The house does require some TLC but it offers great potential to any buyer and has had plenty of upgrading done in recent years such as a new roof just six years ago.

Living Accommodation
The property has been extended to the front with the addition of an attractive double glazed front porch. From here there is access into the main hallway and from there the ground floor rooms. Stairs lead up to the first floor. The front lounge is a generous reception room with wood effect flooring and a central focal point of a pebble effect gas fire with stone styled surround. The front window looks out to the garden and there is a private feel. From the lounge a door opens onto a separate rear dining room. The dining room has wood effect flooring to match that of the lounge and looks out over an impressive rear garden. A connecting door allows access into a modern kitchen with stable style door leading out to the rear. The kitchen has a striking black and white theme. Slate effect flooring contrasts with bright white cabinets. Gloss granite effect work tops and dark grey splash back tiling complete the look.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
You will be impressed by the size of the bedrooms. The home offers two generous doubles and has a generous single bedroom to the front. The bathroom has been updated in recent years and features a modern suite with over bath shower and screen, wash basin and low flush WC. Floor and walls feature contemporary tiling and there is a mosaic tiled border.

Outside
The generous outside space is a real attraction of this house. Beside the house are three useful brick built outhouses (one with WC). At the immediate rear is a flagged patio, great for sitting out and enjoying the sun. The lawn garden is generous and well kept with boundary fencing and behind this is off road parking and a gated garage. The garage itself enjoys both light and power and this area opens onto an enclosed courtyard which again adds to the privacy and appeal of this home.
