" A semi-detached true bungalow! This home offers spacious rooms throughout, gardens front and rear, a driveway and garage, all sat on a pretty little street full of well kept gardens and a view of the Ashton Memorial hall.

What we like! 'We marveled at how much outside space there is. Also don't forget to stand in the front garden and admire the view of the Ashton memorial, who knew you'd get such an interesting aspect on it form here?!' Location Newlands is a desirable residential area between Bowerham and Hala in South Lancaster. The area's popularity is in part due to having good access to the city's major employers (the universities and the royal Lancaster Infirmary), good access for the M6 for commuter and access to a good public transport system. It's is an area which attracts a diverse range of clientele from young first time buyers, growing families, students and academics right through to the retired. The area has amenities close by that include good schools, shops, Booths supermarket and some popular pubs. The area is approximately 2 miles south of the city centre and all the cultural, culinary and commercial amenities it has to offer. Overview This semi detached true bungalow situated in this popular has a lot to offer. The main entrance to the home can be found on the side and features a handy vestibule to keep out the cold! It opens up into the hallway which offers access to all the rooms and houses a handy storage closet.
