" A superb apartment neighbouring the beautiful Williamson Park Come and have a look at this apartment on Standen Gate. With two bedrooms, a spacious lounge diner, modern fitted kitchen and a contemporary bathroom suite what more do you need? Parking you say...done, there's even an allocated space! No Chain

WHERE ARE WE? Gleneagles Drive is positioned at the top of a quiet residential cul de sac on the popular modern housing development known as Standen Gate. Built in 2006 and still under the NHBC Guarantee this area consists of similar style apartments through to larger executive detached homes. Only a short distance away you can find Williamsons Park which is open to the public and offers approximately 52 acres of open space and the Aston Memorial can also be found here. Regular buses connect the estate to the city centre which is only approximately a mile away. Come and have a look around to see just why this area is so popular. WHATS INSIDE? This ground floor apartment offers neutral and modern decoration throughout and the hallway offers access into all the rooms available. You will find that the lounge offers enough space to also dine and has a real bright and airy feel. The master bedroom is a good sized double with the second room currently being used as a music/study room. Both the kitchen and bathroom are also modern as you would expect and the property benefits from both double glazing and electric heating and there is also an allocated parking space. WELCOME The main communal entrance has recently been decorated and is also where you can collect you post from the secure and private post box for the apartment. Proceed straight ahead through the glazed door and you will find number 34 to your left hand side. PRIVATE HALLWAY Once inside the apartment you will find yourself in the well presented hallway where you can access the intercom system and all the rooms available inside. LOOKING FOR SPACE? We really love this living space and we are sure you will agree. Most apartments have the kitchen in the living room these days but this home has it all separate. The lounge has been decorated in a soft colour scheme and there is oak flooring to complement. The room has a real bright and airy feel due to the triple window overlooking the front of the home. There is ample room to also include a dining table if you so desire as the photo shows. MODERN KITCHEN The kitchen has been fitted with modern style units and there is plenty of space for storage. The oven and hob are both built in and as you would expect there is more space for the usual white goods which we all need on a daily basis. The window enjoys an outlook over the rear of the building from the sink. The splash backs have been tiled for ease of cleaning and the floor has been laid with a tiled effect floor. TWO BEDROOMS The master bedroom is a great sized double and benefits from offering a dual aspect to both the front and the side of the building. Both bedrooms feature neutral decoration which is a continuing theme throughout the home.
The vendor is using the second bedroom as a study and music room at present which other people may also choose to do. However if you need two bedrooms then this would make a great single room. THREE PIECE SUITE Most buyers when looking for a new home will expect to find a well presented bathroom, and this is certainly that. With a modern white three piece suite, partially tiled walls and a shower over the bath, this really does have everything you will need. OUTSIDE To the front of the building you will find an allocated parking space with further visitor spaces to the side. On the estate itself there are also two play areas for children with one for the toddlers and another for the older ones to have fun and both are a short distance away. "
