" THIS IS ONE DEFINITELY NOT TO BE MISSED! 101 Torrisholme Road is an immaculate, good sized 4 bedroomed semi detached house. It has been decorated and maintained to the highest order. It is double glazed and centrally heated. The original ornate leaded windows have been preserved and converted into double glazed units by the current owners. The property is approached via wrought iron double gates which lead onto an ornate tarmac and block paved drive with parking for several cars. There is a drive to the side which leads to a single garage and a very attractive good sized garden to the rear. Torrisholme road is convenient for commuting to Lancaster or Morecambe. There are handy local shops and Torrisholme vilage is a short drive away.

ENTRANCE A small tiled porch leads into a spacious hallway via double doors. An attractive wood panelled staircase leads to the first floor. LOUNGE This is a good sized room to the front of the property. It is tastefully decorated in neutral colours.
