About the location Torrisholme Road is a popular residential road which links the North part of Lancaster up with the village of Torrisholme in Morecambe. The road itself mainly consists of semi detached homes although there are a few bungalows and detached properties along the way. The area of Skerton dates back to Norman times and was once classed as a village before being linked up with Lancaster itself back in the late 1800's.

Close by there are a wide variety of local amenities, businesses and schools. Opposite this part of the road you will find Ryelands Park which is a public park and was given to the residents of Lancaster by Lord Ashton, a local industrialist, whose family home was Ryelands House. What we like... We really like the location of this home. Not does the property offer a generous outside space thanks to its corner plot position, but just opposite is the park so you have a lovely, green open aspect just across the road to enjoy from your lounge and master bedroom. Come and see for yourselves. A little about the home The main entrance to the property opens into a hallway which has the stairs to the first floor and access to both reception rooms. The main living room is to the front of the home whilst there is a separate dining area for you to enjoy your evening meals. The dining area is open plan to the kitchen and from here there is access through to the conservatory which will then lead you to the outside space.

Once you are up to the first floor landing you will see that there is access to all the rooms available with the master bedroom being to the front of the home overlooking the park opposite. The master bedroom is a generous sized double room with space for all the furniture you would expect to have.
