3 Hazel Mews is an attractive mid townhouse situated in a quiet cul-de-sac position close to local shops, a doctors surgery, school and nursery. It is within a short drive to the local motorway network and an easy walk to the nearest train station.  

The spacious living room is light and airy with an electric feature fireplace and large bay window.  It is open plan with easy access to the stairs.  The dining room is also open plan to the kitchen and features a contemporary chrome radiator, laminate flooring, made to measure blinds and large French doors which open out onto the back garden. 

The fitted kitchen has spotlights, laminate flooring, ample storage and worktop space along with plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher.  It also houses a Worcester combination boiler for gas central heating. 

On the first floor, upon going up the stairs you will encounter a modern bathroom which has been finished to a high standard.  Features include spotlights, chrome radiator, anti-steam LED mirror with shaving socket, a luxurious large bath (1800mm long), large square-headed shower and complementary waterfall chrome taps.
