" This delightful town centre apartment is truly exceptional in its style, character and size. It is positioned in a prime location in the town centre of St Andrews, within easy walk of all local amenities, golf courses, beaches, university, shops, restaurants etc. It comes to the market decorated with Farrow and Ball paint and there are many fine original features that beautifully retain the character of the property. It has gas fired central heating from a combination boiler. The drawing room is to the front of the property and is large enough to host both lounge and dining furniture. Solid wooden floors run throughout and two large windows to the front provide an abundance of natural light. An open fireplace provides heart and focal point to the room. There is a large walk-in cupboard. The kitchen is to the rear with a window overlooking a sheltered and secluded walled garden, which is quite a feature with attractive stonework surrounding. The kitchen is fitted with wall and floor units and the fridge, dishwasher and cooker will be included in the sale. On a raised level there is a very large double bedroom towards the rear of the property with a decorative fireplace and wooden flooring.
