" This is an attractive family home providing substantial accommodation over three floors and has an abundance of character features to include; an open feature fireplace, beamed ceilings, wood flooring and stained glass windows.

You are greeted by a fabulously grand double aspect hallway which has leaded light stained glass windows and a beamed ceiling. The character features continue into the spacious sitting room, which extends into a bay window and it too has a beamed ceiling and a very attractive open feature fireplace with a stone mantle and hearth, making this a wonderful room in which to relax. The large family room has a wooden floor and a gas feature fireplace with a wooden mantle and doors open onto the conservatory. From the family room there is a further door which leads to a good sized study, which overlooks the rear garden and there is a further door which leads to the garage. The spacious kitchen breakfast room is double aspect and has a good range of fitted units and granite work surfaces and fitted appliances include; a range style double oven, a five ring gas hob with an extractor hood above, a dishwasher, space and plumbing for a washing machine and separate tumble dryer and there is also space for a large American style fridge freezer and space for a table and chairs. A door leads to a large conservatory which has a tiled floor and double doors lead onto the rear garden. From the hallway there is a fully tiled shower room which has a window and tiled floor and consists of a shower, a WC and a corner wash hand basin.

On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large master bedroom is a good sized double which extends into a bay window and has a range of fitted wardrobes and a corner vanity sink unit. Double bedroom 2 has a fitted wardrobe and overlooks the rear garden and has a fully tiled en suite shower room to include a three piece suite consisting of a shower cubicle, a WC and a wash hand basin with fitted storage below. Bedroom 3 has a fitted wardrobe and rear garden views and bedroom 4 is a large single with a range of fitted furniture. The fully tiled family bathroom has a tiled floor and a window and consists of a three piece suite to include a panel enclosed bath with a Victorian style shower attachment, a low level WC and a wash hand basin.

From the first floor landing stairs lead to the second floor and there is a pretty leaded light stained glass window adding extra natural light. Double bedroom 5 is double aspect and overlooks the rear garden and has eaves storage. "
