" This is a well presented unfurnished property in Kilmarnock. Enter through the front door into the small vestibule. The lounge is immediately on the left and is bright, airy and ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is located off the lounge at the rear and has plenty of wall and base units for storage. The kitchen comes complete with gas hob and electric oven and contains a door leading to the communal rear garden. Follow through from the lounge into a small hallway and immediately on the left is the shower room which is nicely decorated with a mains-fed shower. The bedroom is next to the shower room and is a good sized double room. Completing the rooms is a converted loft room which is accessed via a Ramsay ladder from the hallway. The property is double glazed throughout and is heated by gas central heating. There is a communal rear garden and parking is available on street at the front. There is also a lovely private garden, garage and allotment directly across the road from the property. Located in a good residential area early viewing is recommended.
