" This attractively presented semi detached house offers a good level of spacious accommodation. Occupying a well served location close to many local amenities, the property is set in large gardens with ample off road parking. In our opinion the house would be perfect for a growing family or make an ideal investment purchase.

The property is located on the north side of the town, and is close to many local amenities including shops and schooling for all ages. The town centre is around 1.5 miles away and can be reached by a regular bus service. Bury St. Edmunds offers a superb range of educational, recreational and shopping facilities.

The property has been thoughtfully improved by the current vendor with new upvc sealed unit glazing and an upgraded heating system making it fully pressurised. There are new carpets, new modern style bathroom and drop kerb added to the outside. The house has also been decorated in a neutral colour scheme further adding to the feeling of light and space. The kitchen has not been updated giving buyers the opportunity to install a kitchen to their own style and taste. In our opinion the property would be ideal for a young growing family or indeed anyone looking for a sound investment.
