At the traffic lights continue into Felixstowe Road & take the right hand fork onto Nacton Road. Continue to the end & at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Ravenswood Avenue. At the roundabout continue forward taking the 2nd exit further forward, first first left onto Titchwell Drive, next left onto Minsmere Road where the property can be found on the left hand side.
