Entering the property via the front door we step into the sitting room of this charming cottage, our eye is instantly drawn to the red brick fireplace which is fitted with a wood burning stove, a window to the front aspect brings in natural light. A cupboard is set below the staircase, accessed by a timber latch and brace door.
From the sitting room we step into the dining room which is open plan to the kitchen. A window looks onto the side aspect whilst a charming cast iron feature fire provides a focal point to the room. In the kitchen a range of timber fronted units line the walls, set over attractive tiled floor, space is made for the cooker and an extractor is fitted above. The sink is set below a window looking onto the garden and a stable door opens to the same. A door opens to a small lobby which leads us to the bathroom where a white suite offers a bath, w.c. and wash basin. Climbing the cottage stairs we step onto the landing, a window lets the natural light flow and two timber doors open to the bedrooms. The main bedroom is set to the front and offers ample space for a double bed and furnishings, a window looks to the front aspect whilst exposed timbers enhance the charm of the original building. Completing the accommodation we find the second double bedroom at the rear, again exposed timbers line the room and a large storage cupboard and separate airing cupboard.

Approaching the property from the road is off road parking and a path that leads to the door on the side of the house, the path continues through gated access into the rear garden which enjoys a south easterly aspect. This charming cottage is set on the outskirts of the Town. Halesworth provides many independent shops, range of schools, public houses, restaurants, doctors, vets and a supermarket. There is a train station with services to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich. The heritage coastline of Suffolk with the lovely beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are a 20 minutes drive away.
