" This 1920's two bedroom home has been redecorated throughout by the current owners. Unlike a lot of these properties there is still an entrance hallway with stairs meaning you can shut the lounge off from the front door. The lounge has a feature wall with walnut coloured flooring and white washed walls giving a very modern feel to the house. The re-fitted kitchen breakfast room has lots of storage including integrated dishwasher, oven and hob with space for washing machine and free standing fridge freezer. This room is very light and has access to the extensive rear garden. The garden measures approximately 120ft and due to its size feels very secluded. The size of the garden also gives you a lot of potential as you can see from the neighbours gardens who have built summer houses and vast decked areas. It is also ideal if you like growing your own. Upstairs the bathroom has been re-fitted with contemporary bathroom suite and tiled flooring and both bedrooms are doubles. There is a nice feel to this property as it benefits from lots of original character such as the picture rails, stripped flooring in both bedrooms and cast iron fireplace in the master bedroom; as well as all the mod cons such as re-fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The first thing attracted us to Goldings Rd was the peacefulness as it isn't near the main road. Our garden is a real sun trap and we love making the most of it during the summer months and grow plenty of fresh vegetables from our south facing plot at the bottom half of the garden. We love the character fireplaces and exposed wooden floor boards in the bedrooms.
The one major expense that we changed about the house was moving the bathroom from downstairs to upstairs, taking a bedroom away but felt this was a necessity and we have benefited from it ever since. The house is only a 10 minute walk to Loughton high rd and station and a 5 min walk from our local pub and Epping forest.
