" This home has the wow factor! With open plan re-fitted kitchen/diner and conservatory you have a great space for modern family living and entertaining. The kitchen has a separate utility area with new combi boiler. The re-fitted kitchen has black gloss work tops, range cooker, full height pull out storage cabinet, pan drawers black circular sink and drainer unit and ipod station. The floor is tiled throughout the kitchen diner and conservatory. The conservatory itself has reflective solar panels on the roof, five point locking on the doors and windows. The french doors open out onto the decked garden which has lighting and side access to the blocked paved off street parking at the front. To the rear of the garden there is a double width log cabin fully equipped with power lighting and running water. One side is currently being used as a work shop whilst the other has fitted units, inset sink and is currently being used as a beauty room.This would be ideal for somebody looking to work from home or someone who just wants an entertaining space in the garden.

We have spent a long time refurbishing our home to have all the things done that are important to us as a family. New boiler, re-wiring, new plumbing, double glazing, internet points in every room. We would like to think that someone else will appreciate the work that we have done. As a family the biggest change for us as been having the kitchen/diner opened up with the new addition of the conservatory on the back. It is such a great space to entertain, we spend most of our time in there. We can cook, eat, sit down together and when we had people around in the summer we stayed there all day with the doors open to the garden. It was perfect.
