This property forms part of a popular residential area which is located off Rolston Road roughly half way between the Tesco supermarket and the Hornsea Golf Club. Ranby Crescent leads off and then rejoins Ranby Drive which leads off Rolston Road.

Hornsea is a small East Yorkshire coastal town which has a resident population of a little over 8,000.
