" A three bedroomed semi detached house which enjoys a pleasant village location close to the East Coast yet is only 13 miles from the city of Hull. LOCATION This property leads off the end of St Albans Close via a footpath which leads through to meet West Lambwath Road on the western outskirts of the village of Withernwick. The property stands in a good sized plot and benefits from some pleasant first floor views to open countryside.
Withernwick is a small but well regarded Holderness Village which is located about 4.5 miles by road to the south of Hornsea (5.5 miles from town centre to village centre) and about 13 miles to the north east of the city of Hull.
