" This detached character home has been improved by the present owners and is located in this much favoured road. The property enjoys a plot in excess of 0.5 acres with a westerly aspect rear garden and encompasses an approximate gross internal floor area of over 3,400 sq.ft, and could lend itself to further enlargement (subject to the usual planning consents).

The accommodation on the ground floor comprises an entrance hallway with guest cloakroom.    Doors lead to the principal reception rooms.   The drawing room has a feature fireplace and double French doors leading to the southerly aspect terrace and also the westerly aspect rear gardens.   The sitting room has a door to the games room which leads to the inner lobby with cloakroom.   The kitchen dining room is a particular feature of the property and provides a comprehensive range of floor and wall mounted units with integrated appliances and granite working surfaces.
