" This attractive semi detached family home is presented in fine decorative order, having been stylishly extended and refurbished over recent years. The property is approached to the front via a covered porch opening into a welcoming reception hall with cloakroom. The contemporary kitchen breakfast room forms part of the recent extension of the house and offers stylish open plan accommodation. There are an extensive range of white fronted cupboards and drawers complimented by black granite worktops and an attractive tiled floor throughout. At the centre of the room is a large island with further storage, a butler sink and space for seating. Additional integrated appliances include a dishwasher and an extractor hood for a range oven. There is also additional space for a tall standing fridge-freezer.
