" A deceptively spacious two/three bedroom character cottage, located in a courtyard setting close to the High Street.

This property offers excellent living accommodation, amongst its character exposed beams and an archway. There is a large entrance hall/study area and open stairs leading to a galleried landing on the first floor. The living room on this floor has an open fireplace, exposed beams and quirky miniature door leading to a further reception room/bedroom 3. The kitchen is bright and has a contemporary feel, with fitted wall and base units incorporating a built in hob and oven, space for washing machine plus space for fridge/freezer. The three piece bathroom suite is white and modern and benefits from a skylight, making this a bright and airy room.

To the second floor, there are two double bedrooms both with exposed beams and studs.

Tring is a pretty market town on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, mentioned in 1086 in the Doomsday book. The town offers a wide range of recreational facilities, including a branch of the Natural History Museum, the Grand Union Canal, and various sporting activities. Local shopping is also varied and include a selection of independent boutiques, plus larger chains such as Tesco and M&S Simply Food.

For commuters, Tring station provides a regular train service to London Euston in around 40 minutes. Alternatively, nearby Wendover provides a regular service to Marylebone in around 50 minutes. Road links nearby include the A41, which provides dual carriageway access direct to the M25 (J20).
