" An extended three bedroom detached family home, believed to date to the 1920s. This impressive property is in need of some modernisation and has further potential to extend (subject to Planning Permission). Situated within walking distance of the town centre and schools and with no upper chain.

The entrance porch leads to the entrance hall, which provides access to the sitting room, study/family room and kitchen. The sitting room provides a wonderful, spacious area with parquet flooring and opens to a further reception area which looks out on to the rear garden. The study/family room is situated to the front of the property and has a beautiful bay window.

To the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Buckinghamshire`s County Town, Aylesbury, is around 7 miles and boasts a multiplex cinema, shopping centres, and a recently completed n++42 million theatre.

The area boasts some excellent educational facilities, including Tring School. For those wishing to use the independent sector, Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and Berkhamsted School both have superb reputations.

For commuters, Tring station provides a regular train service to London Euston in around 40 minutes. Road links nearby include the A41, which provides dual carriageway access direct to the M25 (J20). The M1 (J8 and J11) can be accessed at Hemel Hempstead and Luton respectively.
