" This spacious two bedroom second floor apartment forms part of a purpose built block standing in communal lawned gardens with the benefit of parking facilities and an external store room. The property is situated in a convenient location just a short walk or bus journey away from Harrogate town centre and has been recently decorated and with appliances and curtains/blinds. The accommodation on offer comprises of: Entrance hall with two large storage cupboards leading to a modern kitchen with a range of white base and wall units, gas hob, electric oven with extractor fan over, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. There is a large lounge with a dining area and lovely views over the communal grounds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, w/c, sink and heated towel rail. Outside the property has a useful store room and there are parking facilities however these are not allocated and are shared between the flats.
