" Driving up Beaumont Park Road, you are struck by just how much greenery there is. To the right is a collection of large, well kept homes. On the left you have 21 acres of beautiful parkland which is popular with dog walkers and joggers. As you reach Westridge Drive, this particular property doesn't jump out at you. The reason for that is the huge garden that sits between the house and the road. A garden that includes a pond, 2 patios, numerous lawns, hedgerows and too many tress to count. If gardening is one of your passions then you really have found your Utopia here. Westbridge Drive itself is a cul de sac made up of a number of large individual executive homes so traffic is light past the driveway which has parking for 2/3 vehicles.

The house itself is rambling. Added to over the years, you will benefit from large kitchen diner, utility room, downstairs WC, study, office and living room. Add to that 2 separate garages, 1 single and 1 double, both accessible from the house and we've only just covered off the downstairs

Upstairs we have 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom

(which is by no means small) and house bathroom. The view of Beaumont Park from the two front bedrooms is enough to make waking up something to look forward to.
