" On approaching this wonderful family home you will find a large Oak front door which comes from a demolished house in Moor Park area many years ago and is stunning to look at. Built in the 1920's this house is very much an Arts and Crafts gem. The hallway, sitting room, dining area and kitchen all have superb herring boned parquet flooring throughout which has been painstakingly put together by the present owners. The staircase has been installed by the owners and has been created beautifully. The sitting room is separated from the dining room by double doors which swing back fully to give the appearance of a through reception. There is a multi-function fuel burner in the sitting room and as with the dining room is beautifully decorated throughout. This house continues through the dining room into a large conservatory which has light and heat and is very much a family room. A lovely wood effect floor has been laid and the fuel burner assists with the central heating when required. This is a sturdy well built room which is cosy and bright. The kitchen is accessed through the conservatory or through the hallway. Here you will find a range of hand built eye and base level units, granite work tops, a lovely Butler sink and space for a cooker and washing machine. A stable door which is part glazed can be closed to cut off the kitchen from the hallway if required.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a generously proportioned single. A major feature is the luxurious bathroom with a feature corner window providing lots of natural light. Furthermore there is a free standing bath, fashionable wash hand basin and w.c. A separate shower unit is further complimented by floor to ceiling tiling.
