The adjoining kitchen/breakfast room has an excellent range of contemporary units, working surfaces, Britannia range style oven, Chinese slate flooring with under floor heating and the utility room also Chinese slate flooring, plumbing for a washing machine, oil boiler and heating controls, double glazed door to the outside and a further door to a wet room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom has a modern white suite. To the front of the property there is a concrete driveway providing parking for two large vehicles and a detached garage. There is a studio above the garage with a double glazed window overlooking the countryside and there are double glazed casement doors to a raised decking area.
