" 4 Nine Acres is a delightful and spacious family home situated in a peaceful semi-rural location. From the entrance porch a glazed door opens to the reception hall which has a built-in cloaks cupboard, and staircase rising to the first floor landing. The sitting room has an open coal fireplace, picture rails and a door out to the garden. The delightful dining room has a wood laminate flooring and overlooks the garden. The generous kitchen/breakfast room has an excellent range of modern
units, a large breakfast bar, integrated freezer, dishwasher and electric range cooker with extractor hood above, under floor heating and a stable door provides side access. The useful adjoining utility room has space for a washing machine and tumble dryer, underfloor heating and an oil fired boiler. A modern cloakroom, with underfloor heating completes the ground floor accommodation.

On the first floor there are five bedrooms and a modern family bathroom suite. The principal bedroom has large built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
