" This well proportioned and attractively presented three bedroom semi-detached Victorian home briefly comprises entrance porch with ceramic tiled flooring, entrance hall with staircase to the first floor, sitting room with wood burning stove set in a brick fireplace surround and twin built-in storage cupboards with bookshelves above. The dining room has an open hearth fireplace set in a tiled surround and there is an understairs storage cupboard. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern units and built-in appliances and the utility room has plumbing for an automatic washing machine and a stable door to the outside. The cloakroom is fitted with a white suite comprising low level wc and there is a wall mounted gas combi boiler.

On the first floor landing there is a hatch to the roof space and a built-in storage cupboard, there are three good size bedrooms with two having ornamental fireplace surrounds and bedroom two has a small study area with stained glass window. The family bathroom is fitted with a white suite comprising panelled bath, pedestal basin, low level wc and a shower unit set in a separate tiled cubicle.

Inmans Lane is a highly regarded residential road situated in the village of Sheet, less than a mile from Petersfield town centre.
