" A very good opportunity to purchase this three bedroom 1950's built ex-local authority home which is need of some general updating and is offered for sale with immediate vacant possession. The accommodation briefly comprises covered entrance porch with courtesy light, front door to the entrance hall with staircase to the first floor, picture rails and double glazed window. The sitting room has an open hearth fireplace set in a tiled surround, picture rails and double glazed sliding patio doors to the rear garden.
