" Set in the highly desirable village of Stroud, Petersfield, lies this stunning four bedroom detached bungalow. The bungalow has fantastic room sizes and is immaculate throughout. The layout of the bungalow flows very nicely and there seems to be a great deal of natural light flooding in from the windows, which helps create a bright and cheerful feel to the property. The dining room being off of the kitchen one would assume it would be easy enough to convert it into a large kitchen/breakfast/dining room

(subject to planning permission).Excellent parking is also on offer with a detached double garage and space for three cars in front. The garage has an electric up and over door which also makes the parking much easier. The gardens to the rear are incredibly private and are very sunny.The bungalow falls within the catchment area of the highly desirable Langrish primary school.

We bought Stroud End as our family home in September 1986 and have been extremely happy here for these 25years. During this time our three daughters have left to finish their education and start their own families but our bungalow has always been able to welcome them back for summer holidays or Christmas reunions. The whole family have enjoyed many planned walks in the area.
During our time here we have added a conservatory and completely refurbished both the bathroom and the kitchen. All the windows have been replaced and a new front door fitted. An en-suite shower and wash hand basin have been installed in the master bedroom.
