" This very well presented modern house is tucked-away close to the end of a no through road in the lovely village of Northchapel.
There is a downstairs wc and a good size sitting/dining room with a sunny westerly aspect. There is also a double-glazed conservatory which at present is used as a dining room. The garden is westerly facing. From the rear bedroom there are wonderful far-reaching rural views across fields.

Northchapel village is a most idyllic small village, situated approximately 5 miles from both Haslemere and Petworth. From our office in Haslemere High Street, proceed South to the top of the high street and turn left onto the Petworth Road. Proceed for approximately 2 miles until raching the end of the road. At the crossroads turn right onto the A283 south towards Petworth. On entering Northchapel Village take the 1st turning on the right into Valentines Lea. At the end of the access road turn right and no.8 will then be found towards the end of the cul-de-sac on the left hand side.
