" Dating from the mid 19th Century the property was originally part of Burton Hill House and was converted in the late 1970's to form six properties approached over a shared private entrance drive. The Mews is set around an inner courtyard with its own garden and parking. Somewhat unique in that the majority of accommodation is on the first floor. With well proportioned rooms totalling over 1800 sq ft of internal floor space.

On the ground floor there is a garden room and conservatory with access to the garden. Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor where the rooms are bright and airy with the sitting room being a wonderful feature with its vaulted ceiling and beams plus an open fireplace. There is a separate dining room or study plus three double bedrooms off an inner hall with two en-suites.

Outside the pretty gardens are not overlooked by any neighbours and there is parking to the side for two vehicles.

The Mews owns an equal share of the freehold with the ground floor property and has a lease of 999 years from 2008.
