" A pretty, Victorian home on this popular road in Grayswood with a delightful south facing garden. The property has a lovely feel to it and offers a front aspect sitting room with working fireplace; a stunning open plan kitchen/dining & orangery to the rear with direct access and outlook to the patio; separate utility room with sink and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a good sized bathroom and the added benefit of a loft room which is currently used as a guest bedroom with velux windows and eaves storage.
