" Sitting in a very convenient location, within a short walk of Brookwood's excellent commuter station, this is a substantial semi detached family home with exceptionally well proportioned accommodation. The property is beautifully and neutrally presented throughout, a fact which very much adds to the overall feeling of light and space as well as making this a house into which an incoming buyer could move extremely easily, if they so wish. On the ground floor, there is a very large sitting/dining room which acts as the principal living space for the house and has doors at the back that lead out onto the terrace and garden beyond. On the other side of the hallway, there is a very useful further reception room which would equally well make an ideal study or indeed, TV/games room while on the back, the kitchen is fitted out with an excellent range of wooden units along with a range of integrated appliances that include a stainless steel oven with extractor over and a fitted dishwasher. The kitchen also has space for a table and chairs as well as a small utility lobby which in turn leads out to the rear garden.
