" Once inside Rock Villa, the appeal continues to impress, with quaint Victorian characteristics yet all the modern day practicalities you would expect. Your eye is immediately drawn to the stripped and varnished wooden floor boards in the front reception room with a tiled hearth, exposed bricks encasing the wood burner. Shelving to the alcoves on each side of the fireplace and the Sash Window add the finishing touches to this enchanting room. The dining room offers ample space for a dining table and chairs with the under stairs cupboard affording space to hide away the usual day to day storage items. This room is kept bright by the double aspect sash windows and enjoys the aspect into the rear garden.
