" This is a charming semi detached property which was originally a farm workers' cottage in the rural village of Andoversford. To the front of the property is an area for residents' parking leading to a paved front garden with flowerbeds, shrubs, LPG cylinder and path to the front door. The entrance hall has stairs up to the first floor, cloakroom and understairs cupboard. The modern fitted kitchen has oak fronted eye and base level storage units ample work surfaces, one and a half bowl stainless steel sink, plumbing for washing machine, space for fridge freezer, ceramic Electrolux hob and Electrolux oven, space for microwave, door to the garden and window to the rear giving stunning views of the grazed and arable open fields. The sitting / dining room has a Cotswold stone fireplace with open fire, window to the front, and sliding doors to the rear giving views out over the hills. Upstairs, there is access to the loft from the landing, as well as an airing cupboard housing a Valiant boiler. Bedroom one has a window to the rear giving stunning views out over the countryside. Bedroom two is to the front and bedroom three is to the rear. The family bathroom has a modern white suite comprising panelled bath with Mira shower over, attractive hand basin with vanity unit, W.C. and ladder rack radiator. To the rear of the property is a patio leading to a lawn and further gravelled sitting area with Cotswold stone wall at the end. Running down the side of the garden is a vegetable plot.
