This excellent main door upper level cottage flat sits in a most desirable location which, although quiet, is convenient for excellent amenities.

The property has private side driveway which is slabbed with red chipped borders and leads to a single one and a half width garage at the rear with a private garden area adjacent.

Entry to the property is through a main door with stairs leading off to an upper landing and access over to a partially floored loft. Off the hallway is a deep cupboard space. The lounge, to the front of the property, has a three light shallow bay windowed formation with decorative coving all around. There are two bedrooms (one front facing and one rear facing) both of which are good sized double apartments with decorative coving. The master bedroom has a picture rail all around. The rear facing kitchen is accessed from the lounge and is fitted extensively with wall and base storage units and matching work surface areas, inset stainless steel sink unit over the work surfaces and tiled splash backs.
