SITUATION The property is situated on the outskirts of the popular Mid Devon village of Winkleigh. Winkleigh is a very pleasant village with a thriving community and amenities including post office, butchers, fish shop, doctors surgery, veterinary surgery, bank, places of worship, primary school, village hall and community centre. There are two public houses within the village, one of which is the well renowned Kings Arms.
